PEARL 27, LLC ("Pearl 27," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit pearl27.com and our related websites, dashboards and services (together, the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

We collect information you choose to provide, for example when you contact us, request a proposal, apply to join our team, sign up for updates, or use a client dashboard. This may include:

your name, email address, phone number, company and job title;
the content of messages, forms, applications and files you send us;
account details for our client dashboards, such as your login email and the permissions your organization assigns to you; and
any other information you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:

device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system and language;
log and usage information, such as your IP address, the pages you view, the links you click, the date and time of your visit and the website that referred you; and
approximate location derived from your IP address.

We collect this information using cookies, local storage and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Services to work (for example, remembering which website experience you chose or keeping you signed in to a dashboard). Others help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from our clients, business partners and publicly available sources, for example when a client gives us a contact for a campaign or dashboard, or when you are introduced to us by a partner.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services;
respond to your questions and requests and provide customer support;
prepare proposals, deliver client services and manage client dashboards;
review applications and communicate with prospective team members;
send you service messages and, where permitted, updates about Pearl 27 (you can opt out of marketing messages at any time);
understand how the Services are used, measure performance and develop new features;
protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud and abuse; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us run our business, such as website hosting, analytics, email, customer relationship management, project management and cloud storage providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Our team. Pearl 27 team members, including team members located outside the United States, may access information as needed to deliver the Services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Clients. If you use a client dashboard, information about your use of that dashboard may be visible to the client organization that gave you access.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process or a government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Pearl 27, our users or others.
Business transfers. If Pearl 27 is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you direct us to or consent to it.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Cookies and Your Choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Services, such as remembering your chosen experience or signing in to a dashboard, may not work properly.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails by using the link in any such email or by contacting us. We may still send you messages about your account or your relationship with us.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, the Services do not currently respond to them.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Users

Pearl 27 is based in the United States, and our team works in many countries. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we take steps to protect information transferred across borders.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

request access to the personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete your information;
object to or restrict certain uses of your information;
receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law (we do not sell personal information); and
withdraw consent where we rely on your consent.

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@pearl27.com and we will delete it.

Links to Other Websites

The Services may link to websites and services operated by others, such as social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the Effective Date above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by other means. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
